Board Meeting Dates: Monthly board meetings of the Winnebago County Soil and Water Conservation District are held at the Soil & Water Conservation District office on the last Tuesday of the month at 8:00 a.m. (unless otherwise posted). Meetings are open to the public and interested citizens are encouraged to attend. Meeting schedule may be subject to change and all changes will be posted.
